Deleting Your Account

This is for the app Charge Health, made by the developer Charge Health Inc.

What Data Will Be Deleted/Retained

We're sorry to see you go! When you delete your account on Charge Health, we will delete all your personal information, such as your name, role, phone number, and associated hospital.

We will not delete the polls you have sent to other people, but the receiving user will not be able to reveal your name, nor will they be able to see your name if it was previously revealed.

Any app usage or crash data will be retained. This data has been anonymized and cannot be connected with any of your personal information.

How to Delete Your Account From The App

From the lock screen, click on the charge counter in the top right of the screen. This will take you to the settings page.

At the bottom of the page is a button marked "Delete Account". Click the button, and then click "Delete" in the following popup. This will delete your account on Charge Health.

Please note that we cannot undo account deletion.

Submit a Request To Delete Your Account

If you do not have access to a mobile device to delete your account, please send us an email at support@chargehealth.co with your phone number, name, associated hospital, and the words "delete my account".
