Allie leverages her extensive background in professional services and project management to enhance workplace cultures in healthcare. With over a decade of experience, including roles as Vice President of Professional Services at CipherHealth and Senior Implementation Manager at Memora Health, Allie excels in delivering patient experience solutions across the care continuum.

As the Director of Sales and Client Operations at Charge, Nirjhar plays a crucial role in improving caregiver engagement and retention. Under his leadership, notable health systems like HCA and Allegheny Health have seen significant increases in caregiver retention with the implementation of Charge's workplace solution.

David is a seasoned technology leader with a career spanning nearly two decades. David specializes in the intersection of gaming and healthcare technology, bringing a unique skill set developed at world-class organizations like Meta, Amazon, and Electronic Arts. David and Kyle met at NarrativeDx, where David served as lead engineer.

Zach was co-founder of CipherHealth, where he led technical and business operations for almost ten years, creating the top-ranked Best in KLAS patient engagement solutions. Zach defined the company culture that drove CipherHealth to be the #1 Best Place to Work in healthcare and helped secure over $50M in financing for the business.

Cameron has helped launch & scale several high-impact healthcare technology companies. As a two-time startup founder himself, he was most recently Chief Growth Officer at Lark Health, the $1b "unicorn" A.I. platform that delivers chronic disease care for millions with smart connected devices & health-plan integrated chatbots. He has similarly helped scale Primasun (Verily/Google-backed), NarrativeDx (Press Ganey), Vincere Health (Optum), WavelyDx, & Flourish Care.
